To improve efficiency further all customers are offered a "ringback" and service. When making your telephone booking just ask for a "ringback". This allows us to give your telephone two rings to let you know your taxi is approaching your pick up point. The days of waiting and wondering when your taxi will arrive are now over.
Ask the operator for our new textback service. Once the driver has arrived outside your pick up, a text message will be sent to your mobile phone, this will give you details of the Vehicle, make, model and registration.
